Delivery and Returns

The prices for goods displayed for sale on this site are as set out on the site are inclusive of VAT. Delivery will be charged in addition, and any such additional charges are clearly displayed where they apply. Prices and delivery charges displayed are valid and effective only in the United Kingdom.


No deliveries will be made on Bank Holidays.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date; time of delivery shall not be of the essence. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. Liability for the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

We shall have no liability for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so. We shall also have no liability for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Please note that due to circumstances out of our control, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. –


If you have simply changed your mind about any item/s ordered and you wish to return them, you can do so provided you inform us by email  within 14 days of receipt of your order,  you then have a further 14 days to do so, at your own expense.

Any returned item/s must not be used or unopened, are ‘as new’ in their original packaging when returned back to us.
Once the item is received, we’ll issue a refund (excluding original postage costs) for the product to your original payment method.
This return policy does not affect your legal rights


Any order visibly damaged on receipt must be signed as ‘Damaged’ ‘on the carrier’s delivery note accordingly.
All orders must be inspected once delivered; any shortages or damages must be reported to us within 2 working days.
Damages will be replaced within 3 working days.
